Hello! Today, my firefox has started crashing after a couple seconds from when I open emails. I tried running in troubleshoot mode and again experienced crashes. In addition, I scanned for viruses with Malwarebytes and tried the "refresh firefox" feature to reset my settings to default. What else could I do to fix this error?

The crash data can be found here. https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/bp-18cf491d-8f44-4b75-a42f-9ef230230810

How should I proceed?

Firefox is just a Browser so what online email provider are you using? Are you sure it's not related to the graphics causing the issue?

Thank you for the crash report ID. Unfortunately, it looks like Firefox didn't capture the details well because the crash has this signature:

EMPTY: no frame data available; EmptyMinidump

If you check your other recent submitted reports on the about:crashes page, do any of them have more information (other signatures)?

Are you having the problem on a commonly used email site like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Xfinity, etc., or is it a less used site?

And of course, while you are having this problem in Firefox, hopefully you can still check your email in Safari so you don't get too behind on messages.

I am using the gmail client. No worries, I have been using the gmail app (and email is working fine with other browsers).

This one seems to have more details. https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/c3566e22-a28c-4b6a-b0f2-a6a5b0230810
