Firefox totally crashed after I downloaded the latest version of Adobe. I ran a restore back to before the download and everything has been fine since. Has anyone else experienced this problem and, if so, do you know how I can download Adobe without this happening again?

First I recommend updating to Firefox 3.6.6 as it is the most current update to fix your problem. If the problem still persists, please give me the crash report ID. Press CTRL+ L to Go to the address bar then type about:crashes. Copy and paste the entire page here and I will be able to figure out your problem

Hi. Have done as you suggested (tho I could've sworn I had the most up to date version of firefox) and so far so good. Thanks for your help. If I get any more probs, I will let you know.
