How to move a bookmark from one place to another in a list.

My bookmarks are currently listed in the order in which they were bookmarked. I wish to reorder the list so that the more frequently accessed bookmarks are listed first.

You can drag the bookmarks or use Cut & Paste in the Bookmarks Manager to re-order them as you like.
