If I "upgraded" to Firefox 4, is there any way to go back?!! I hate this!!

I want to go back! Is there a way to "downgrade" to the previous version? Barring that possibility, how do I get rid of the "full screen"? I clicked full screen and my navigation bar went away and now I don't know how to get it back. I tried to go look at the video about the new features, but the screen on your webpage is just blue with no video. I hate this version!!

F11 toggles Fullscreen mode on & off.
