A long time ago I blocked facebook on my computer, now I want to unblock it but I can't. How can I unblock facebook?

I wanted facebook blocked so I googled how to block websites and I did get it blocked. Now google isn't as helpful as to how to unblock sites. So I want to have it unblocked but I can't figure out how to do that.
