I can get as far as webmail login, but then, instead of "you have 0 emails or x no. of e-mails in your inbox", the message appears "You have an undefined number of e-mails in your inbox". I cannot access my e-mails nor can I access my address book (contacts).

This seems to be an issue with the website. Please try to "fake" your useragent string with this extension:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/

Set the userstring setting to Firefox4.

Does that help?

I have tried the suggestion from Cryllida and am no further forward! Unfortunately, this doesn't solve the problem. I still get as far as the menu for the "Inbox, Compose etc." and instead of being able to read the number of e-mails waiting, I get the message "an undefined number of e-mails". I still cannot open "Contacts" (address book). This has only happened since the upgrade to Firefox 5.0
