Like IE has, I want to enter a fixed zoom amount for the entire firefox display, not just a one page at a time selection.

Higher resolution screens tend to make web page displays smaller and I'd like to increase Firefox for its entire display, say to 130%.

The Firefox Page Zoom feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox.

Try the Default FullZoom Level extension:
