Hi JHNWYNE111,

At first you should upgrade your Firefox version: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Updating%20Firefox

If this doesn't solve your problem, try to uninstall and reinstall Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_7-reinstall-firefox

Do you have this problem only for a specific file/folder or happens this for every file?

Any and all files/folders. It was suggested that I reinstall Java, so I did, still same problem. I have scanned the pc with every program in town and find nothing, I have tried every fix suggested in forums, no good. Windows help site doesnt even know what the "Filepicker" is...lol. This is beating me up..lol

Complained to Microsoft about this. They suggested I try uploading images using Internet Explorer instead (of course), but it worked. Have had the problem with both Twitter and Facebook and with my bank's web site (was DOWNloading a file from them--couldn't save the file) as well. Did NOT have this problem with previous versions of Firefox.
