The section of the firefox web browser that is approximately one inch wide in the center of the page does not allow me to type or click anything. example: The facebook search section. Can't type anything in the area when on firefox. Don't have the problem on explorer.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
