firefox works without problems.

But when I close all tabs it will not reopen again.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled the latest version. It opened and ran without issue until I again closed it completely. Again it will not open. Why?

I was able to open and close multiple tabs and no problems occurred.

Only when closed completely it will not work.

I am able to open and use internet explorer

You must have malware if something is running that high.
