Whenever Firefox and anything Adobe are both open, Win 7 HP computer crashes. When I try to scan a doc in Adobe Acrobat, crash. When I search for solution and result shows "why can't I update Adobe NPAPI plugin?" and click the link, crash. I've unchecked hardware acceleration, still crashes. Twenty crashes today alone. My job depends on sus. I've gone to earlier restore point, still crashes. I've disabled adobe flash protected mode, crash. I've scanned for malware, none. My job depends on stable Internet access and computer programs. I've been having some crashes since Aug 1, but this is ridiculous. I'm on my old Mac w/Safari to pose this issue.
