Alt text for images

Firefox displays the contents of the title attribute for images that load (on mouseover), and the alt text for images that do not load.

Page Title in the Title Bar

It's odd that you would get a permission error when clicking the Title Bar button in the Customize tab. Or is the problem with displaying the Customize tab in the first place? Could you post the exact wording of the error message you get?
