I've installed a new computer added my account to sync I'm having this account since 2015 and never had any problems.

Suddenly i don't have any bookmarks , history, plugins . It's like its a clean account. I removed ff and reinstalled it, but no luck.

Do you still have access to an older computer with your personal data (Firefox profile folder)?

Note that you lose all data on the Sync server if you reset the password of the Sync account.
