I use a Samsung pad device on which I much prefer to see the desktop version of sites, esp Wikipedia, but Firefox has recently started to default to the mobile version, and the add-on doesn't work on my version of Android...when will this be remedied?

I posted a solution for someone who never, ever wants mobile (also on a tablet). That could be too extreme for you, but just in case: I use a 12.2" Galaxy Tab. Need a way to automatically go to websites in desktop view, always.
