I keep getting pop ups that tell me JavaScript isn't enabled so I go thru all of the steps to enable but it shows to be true on the JavaScript enable link but that is the only place everywhere else tells me that it isn't enable what do I do please help

Javascript is enabled by default. Unless you're using an add-on which is blocking Javascript, there is no need to enable it. What is the exact error message? What site is giving you the error? Please post a link.
