When I click the Google search result the left button, it looks like it it the new tab is opened and the one with google results is closed.

absolutely unexpected behavior. And it happens only with facebook site, other work as expected.

In Chrome this behavior is also not reproduced (so this is not Google).

What it could be?

Did you check the Google search settings to make sure to open the results in a new window that Firefox possibly can divert to a new tab and that you aren't opening the results in the same tab ?

I don't think it's that setting. All other sites are opened normally. Only Facebook's link behaves like this.
