I just changed my account from POP3 to IMAP. All is well except the mail marked as Junk remains in my Inbox. I've checked all my junk mail settings, and they all seem to be set correctly, and as they have always been. They appear with the Junk Icon lit orange, an "x" in a red circle, and are lined out, but they won't move to the Junk folder, even after running Junk Mail Controls. Any help?

By they are "lined out" do you mean they are there with a strike through.... that leads me to think you have the settings in server settings for deleted mail to "just mark it as deleted" like Google suggest and you don't know what that really means. Deleted mail get a strike-through instead of being moved to the deleted folder.
