The page https://dk.trustpilot.com/review/boliglab.dk is not shown correctly in FF, ok in Safari. In FF my review is not shown, However it is coming ok in Safari. See screenshots, the one with red circle at bottom is from FF, the other one from Safari. Setup: Ipad with latest IOS, FF and Safari. Ipad has been reset, same issue though. Pls. suggest. Br Peter

Clarification: If you manually clear FF cache there is no issue. So question is how to automatically clear FF cache.

Hey there! Here’s a link to an article that may be of assistance to you, with instructions on how to set your Firefox cache to clear automatically.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache?redirectslug=How+to+clear+the+cache&redirectlocale=en-US

Otherwise on IOS devices you can manually clear everything by going to Settings > Data Management > Clear All Website/Private Data

Hope this is of assistance to you, let me know if you have any further questions!

Hi The article you refer to is not for iOS. So is there an option to clear FF cache automatically (e.g. on exit) in IOS?

Hi, my apologies, I had looked through the knowledge base to see if anything might be of use to you, and shared that article just in case.

After further research though I am not aware of a way to automatically clear the cache on exit in IOS at this time. I believe there is on Android, but IOS appears to lack that feature.

However do check back here from time to time and see if anyone more knowledgeable than me has added anything to this. I will try to send your feedback to our teams and hopefully one day soon this feature will be available to you!
