I bought a new apple laptop and imported from desktop. Desktop was erased. On Saturday, my bookmarks were on laptop, but not today. Called Apple for 2 hours total and they were not able to help me.

How did you import this data ?

Was that via a direct transfer (i.e. via a cable connection) or did you use an external backup drive (safer) ?

Are you still using the original profile or did possibly a new profile got created ?
