Emails I Sent to a Particular Domain Bounce Back
Since Monday this week, I've observed that emails I send to a particular domain bounce back. The domain is a corporate client we provide monthly services to, as such we exchange correspondences often. So when I first observed the challenge, I thought it was their end and flagged it to them, until they confirmed they're fine. Now I'm lost as we're unable to send mails to any of their email addresses.
Below is an example of the server mail I get: ..................... This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

Someone please advice on how I can resolve this. I am not very techy, so kindly explain in layman terms.
Thank you as I anticipate.

Perhaps actually read the message. It says.
550-"JunkMail rejected - server162-4.web-hosting.com [104.219.248.120]:47904 is 550-in an RBL on csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/?ip=104.219.248.120 , see Poor 550 Reputation Sender"
So their mail server is telling you that your domain/ IP address is sending junk mail/spam and that you are listed in a Reputation Black List maintained by https://www.cloudmark.com and provides you with a link to request the list to remove your IP address from their blacklist. But they might not be all that helpful as Namecheap, Inc. is using that IP address (104.219.248.120) for some 321 domains list here https://networksdb.io/domains-on-ip/104.219.248.120 and some at least look pretty sketchy
I guess you have bought into a cheap neighborhood and are reaping the benefits reputation wise of your neighbors. That is usually the case. I do suggest you contact your hosting company and actually get them on the unlisting case as I would think you might struggle with your reputation without them pushing for a long term lifting of the listing.
Thank you, Matt. This looks helpful. I'll speak with our website designer to quickly treat it as you recommended.
