how to stop the "save file as" from automatically saving it as an htm. file when it is a mp3 file

All of the sudden I cannot download mp3 files under the "save audio as" . It automatically tries to save it as a htm file. I have never had this issue before. I have downloaded many mp3s with no issues. Am I missing something here? It gives me no option to save it as a mp3, only as a htm

What link do you see in the location bar if you open the file in a tab and possibly download the from that page ?
