I cannot use google.com without first deleting my cookies. This happens every time I try to use google. Doesn't matter if I use the taskbar to search, or try to go to www.google.com

Same. I hit "enter" or click the arrow after typing and sometimes it works, but most of the time it just... stops. Trying this ~10 times usually opens the search results, but damn, it's irritating...
