I keep getting Update XML file malformed 200 on windows 7, I reinstalled to new version of firefox 3.6.4 and it still does the same thing. Help

I keep getting malformed Update XML 200. Upgraded to 3.6.4 manually and I am still getting the error. I have windows 7. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

After closing Firefox, Remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder:

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\updates\ (or possibly C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\updates\)

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates
