Some websites like Google offer stay singed in option which automatically log you in very time unless you log out, even if you did not "save" the password. This stay signed in password can not be found in "show saved password option as it was not "saved". Does anyone know where Firefox store these passwords?

Normally this is stored in a cookie. It can on occasion also be stored in the form history, but this isn't normally the case - cookies are the normal way to store auto-login information for most web pages.

See article Clear cookies and site data in Firefox for further info about cookies.

Please let us know how above works out, and if we can be of further assistance. Detailed feedback is appreciated and helps us to help you better, plus enables us to improve help to other users with similar issues.

How can I find the cookie and view it? Will the stay signed in password be encrypted? Thanks!

Menu Tools > Options... -> Privacy -> button Show Cookies.

And encryption depends entirely on the website - but any even fairly well-programmed website will naturally either use encryption, a hash of the password, or some other means of identification.

The password is usually (hopefully never) stored in that cookie. Such a cookie only has the username and sessionid at most and possibly other cookies that were created when you first logged on also are needed. You can easily find out which extra cookie(s) gets created if you place a check-mark in such a box.
