Do you mean that all links from Google are not direct links to the site but a link to a click-tracking script hosted by google that redirects you to the desired page? If so, they've been doing this shit for over a year. There is an extension called OptimizeGoogle whick allows you to turn that off as well as turn off a number of other things which are both terrible invasions of privacy and slow down use of the sites.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
