When I start Firefox, all of my toolbars and bookmarks are there, but there is only a blank white page, no start page. Also, when I click on a bookmark or try to go to a website, it doesn't work. The blank white page is still there. I've tried clicking the green arrow instead of hitting "Enter", but it still doesn't work. It even happens when I try using the search bar.

I updated the browser to the latest version (11.0, I think) and am still having the same issue.

Hi iAmBacon,

Have you tried starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode? It sounds like there might an addon or extension that is causing some problems. If it works in Safe Mode, then follow the instructions in the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting article. It will show you how to enable them one by one until you find the culprit. Hopefully this helps!
