I bought a new computer which worked long enough for me to set up my sync account with it, but now I have to send it back in since it won't turn on.

Is there any way for me to remove my data from the Firefox located on the broken computer without me having to use the broken computer?

In other words, can I wipe my passwords and information from the new computer from another synced computer that still works?

If you can access that system, Goto Firefox SYNC option and click "unlink" after that, reset your profile to remove all the datas.

Otherwise change the password and recovery key, to stop syncing from that system

So the new computer (laptop A) won't turn on. Is there anyway to use another computer to wipe what has already been synced to laptop A? I know I can reset the password, but will that remove what's already on laptop A?
