hello annflan, thanks for reporting with your crash ID. this kind of crash is caused by trusteer rapport, please see if you can solve it by updating that program to its latest version or else keep it disabled for the moment and contact trusteer's support: www.trusteer.com/support

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately i don't have administrators rights so i need to get on to my desktop support team to run trustees rapport. I have mentioned this to them, so they may try this resolution!

You may sill be able to disable any Trusteer Raport related software from running with Firefox. It should be listed in the addons as plugins and or extensions. There may be more than one item involved.
