First question: Did you lose all your bookmarks, or some of them, or did your display change so that you can't find them in the user interface?

To check what was retained in the Reset process, please open the Library dialog using Ctrl+Shift+b and expand the Bookmarks Menu and Bookmarks Toolbar. Anything there? Some/all?

The next steps depend on what you found.

If you have the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop then you can check the bookmarkbackups folder for JSON backups (bookmarks-####-##-##_xxxx.json).
