I haven't been able to use Webkinz on Firefox as it always gives "A script on this page is causing shockwave to run slowly" error and the "A script on this page is causing Adobe Flash to run slow" error. I researched the "Shockwave" and am thinking to try the 'disable Protected Mode' solution. I have already checked my current version of Firefox, it's up to date, I removed miscellaneous programs from my computer, and I was going to try the 'clean' install of Adobe Flash, but I can't tell what to download in it's place... All I read was that Active 15X, which I had was for IE, so I removed it, b/c I don't use IE... I used to also use Chrome, but I had so many crazy errors on it, that I closed it out, maybe this is part of the reason. I'm including a screenshot of programs installed, if I can figure out how. Nope, can't figure it out, but I have Adobe Flash 15 Plugin (up to date), Adobe Shockwave Player 12.1, and Java 7 Update 67. I have seen some help answers saying to do different things, but seems for a different version of Windows, I guess I need step-by-step. Thank you! I have Windows 7, if that helps...

Forgot to mention, I have allowed a pop up exemption for webkinz.com per another page I'd read, and I don't get the message anymore, now it just sits and doesn't want to start up forever. I didn't get these errors w/ Webkinz (though, occassionally, it would freeze up) on Google Chrome. I used to just use Chrome for using the Webkinz game, but then Chrome began doing the most odd things (slow to start, slow to run, won't let me type in a screen but goes to another, etc...) after I played one movie on Hulu, it got so bad eventually, I uninstalled it. I've run and rerun virus scans as well as Malware Malbytes and they all came up clean (which is nice). Seems to me Mozilla Firefox is best to get to the bottom of what's going on, b/c it simply won't allow the program to run w/o me making changes. I also don't have RealPlayer, I ran as a Test, and b/c the plugin was stopped, it DID give the error messages. I guess I will need to go back to a previous version of Flash? I also did check it and I do have the right version of Adobe Flashplayer, not so sure on Adobe Shockwave. I appreciate your help.

I tried disabling hardware acceleration in Adobe, and it won't let me uncheck the box...
