FF Sync was working between my laptop and desktop PC fine until I reinstalled Win 8 on my desktop system. Since I forgot my password for the Sync I had to reset my password using my laptop (which retained all the passwords and bookmarks). Once reset I connected my new FF on desktop to my sync account with new password but nothing is happening. What I mean is there are no bookmarks, passwords or extensions copied over to desktop although it is says that desktop FF is connected to my sync account. The laptop still has all my bookmarks and passwords and also says it is connected to Sync so it seems there is no communication between the two

I have check Sync logs on both machines. There is no error messages on laptop and there is no logs on the new desktop machine.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Cheers, Andrei

All fixed - had to delete old Sync account and create new one on machine that had all bookmarks and passwords. Then I synced the desktop to new Sync account all the info got synchronised.
