BB Classic 10.3 OS is supposed to be able to run Android apps.

BBs do not come with the Playstore app (your device comes with the PS app or it doesn't - it cannot be downloaded).

So I cannot access Google Playstore to get the Firefox app.

You can try https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/#developer it will show up as Aurora in the app chooser.
