When I open Thunderbird it display the default start page. If I uncheck it a blank is displayed instead of the last message read like others email clients. That's the reason Thunderbird is not my default mail client. Can the featured am looking for be enabled?

My Thunderbird opens in the inbox. Perhaps you are using on of those products that deletes Thunderbird settings like ccleaner
