Windows includes a speech recognition/dictation program you can use with nearly any application. It floats a bar on the screen, which you can attach top center, to turn on and off speech recognition when you want to use it. I don't use it very often (I have Windows 7), but when I tried it in the past, it wasn't bad. It definitely wants you to enunciate your words.

For Windows 8.1, see: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/using-speech-recognition

Since the program (probably) doesn't know the layout of Firefox or web pages, you'll need to click/tap where you want Windows to put the speech input before speaking to it.

Does that work?
