Hello, how are you ? I tried to do "the launch" on my tablet and on my cell phone and it just stayed on "installing", for, literally, hours, and: did nothing. I tried this several times, using the mobile and desktop sites of both the phone and tablet. Maybe it can only be done on a computer, and not a mobile device.
