Windows 10 was released on July 29, 2015, whereas Firefox 31 and Firefox 31 ESR were released on July 22, 2014.

My guess is that Firefox 31 ESR may not work properly on Windows 10; plus Mozilla no longer supports Firefox 31 / ESR 31.

IMO, look for an Oracle support forum or an Oracle users group to find out what other Oracle users are doing and what they recommend.
