TB start crashing after downloading all messages ( he keeps crashing after ~30sec of running ) - i've notice several emails in inbox that are "blank" ( but if i show source it's all there ) - on other machines and clients ( linux/windows ) it show them properly . I've got mostly TB in office - and never get so frustrating problem with email client .
i've try :
1 ) install several versions of TB from 40 to 50b
2 ) install without AV ( kaspersky endpoint security )
3 ) running TB in safe mode with and without AV
4 ) running TB as Administrator with and without AV and safe mode
5 ) running TB in Windows safe mode with and without TB safe mode ( last 2-3 reports )

This may not be the solution, but could you have a look at bug 1016524 and see if the workaround (free up /tmp) or anything else mentioned there is of help? If you want, adding a comment with new info (i.e. more than just "I have this problem too") would be welcome.
Sure , but it's not a linux problem - i've tried to reproduce bug in linux but without luck , messages shows properly - even on other machines with windows ( mostly W7 ) everething works fine .
I've tried to complete uninstall thunderbird with delete directories in AppData/{Local,Roaming} , no luck . Funny thing this user works on TB and this machine about ~2y without problems till yesterday.

First things first. Right click, select properties and then repair. I really doubt it will do anything, but I would like to be sure it is not an index issue.
Would it be possible to get the source of those blank emails via email?
TBH, I really want to have the testcase preserved ... so please do not do folder repairs if at all possible. (Even though I don't believe the corrupt msf file is at fault)
First thing what i was do ,was repairing folder - sometimes users don't see unreaded emails and repairing folder always fix it - but not this time , blank email are still blank .
I will send to you source of message
I'm moving to Bugzilla as Tonnes said .
