I've just moved my client's website to Squarespace and he says his email is no longer working. According to Squarepace, "you'll need to obtain the correct MX records from where the domain is hosted and then add those MX records to the DNS Settings on the domain provider's end."

Where does he find these MX records in his Mozilla account? And what do we do with it/them once we've found them?

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account.

Thunderbird is email client software that runs on your customers computer and it has nothing to do with MX records.
