When I try to open a message in my excite.com email account, the header information is all that appears, the message area is blank. This has been happening for about a week. Previous to this the message displayed OK. I get the blank messages in Firefox on Windows 10 and on Windows 7. Firefox gets updated on each system whenever I get the automated notice to do so. I can read the messages fine in IE/Edge.
