Can't drag and drop top website icons anymore

Since Firefox 57 it's not possible to drag and drop the Top Website icons on the new tab anymore. Previously the top websites were also shown and you could pin them in a certain place. This is still possible.

But I can't arrange them anymore like I want to have them displayed by dragging and dropping the items. This was possible before. Can you please return this feature to Firefox again? Or do I need to change something in the config to make this possible again?

I just found this: browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.enabled = false

but that is a workaround, I would like to make a request to fix this in the new design so we can drag and drop again.
