I updated Firefox two days ago. After the update Firefox would open but no websites would load and I got an Application Error message. When clicking OK on the error message, it would pop up four or five more times before going away. I checked my firewall and Firefox was allowed. While checking other setting in Norton (but not changing any) Firefox started working. I used it all night with no problems, no application errors on opening new tabs.

When I started my computer today and opened Firefox, it was back to where it was after the first install. I opened Norton, removed Firefox in my firewall and added it back. Then I uninstalled Firefox, deleted the files in Program Files and Program Files x64, restarted, ran Windows Disk Cleanup and ran it again with System Files checked. I reinstalled Firefox and am still getting Application Errors and websites won't load. I was getting the Application Errors before the update, but it was only when I opened a new tab and one click would make it go away. I have included a screen shot of the application error before the update and another after.

I tried all the steps above and I still am having the same issues. When I opened Firefox, there was the refresh option which I also tried, and it still won't load anything and I still get the Application Error message.
