I agree with you ....I have clicked 1 link then i have 10-20 redirects before i can disable data or wifi.....try ublock origin if it redirects with it you can stop them also no script or no script anywhere ....if you are getting redirected very often you might also check for any type of malware...many are free at the playstore and u can scan and uninstall..ahnlab and malwarebytes. .are 2 I regularly use ..but as far as built it in ...we will have to wait for finalization. ..
