i was use e-mail account that was connected to Thunderbird. Delete this account on the serwer 2 months ago and now create the same with the same password. Thunderbird delete my old mails.

INBOX file have about 3.5 GB

If this account uses IMAP then it's doing exactly as I'd expect. It reconnects to the server, and the messages you have stored locally don't tally with what is on the server (you deleted it all) so the record in Thunderbird is adjusted to agree with the server. It seems with IMAP that if there is a mismatch between server and client, the server wins.

I'd have put all those messages somewhere safe, such as the Local Folders account before deleting or re-connecting this account.

I presume you have looked in all your trash/deleted folders?
