"sign up/login with facebook" buttons don't work on any site in firefox
This has been happening in firefox for months now (I was hoping the new versions would fix it) and it's on every site so it's not a website problem. I have to use chrome whenever I want to sign up/login in a website with facebook.
I've also noticed that in some sites, when I have my login info saved to firefox and I try to login, the login button doesn't work. I always have to delete the saved info, refresh the page, then type my username/password again for the login button to work.

Hi nancych,
Sorry you're having these problems - let's try the Refresh feature :
The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences.
See this article for more information : Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.
'Hope this will fix the problem - please, keep us posted !
Hi, The refresh didn't solve the issue. It also happens on my brand new laptop, the first thing I did after downloading firefox (before adding anything else) was testing both the facebook login button and the saved login and had the same issue.
