I'm reading my Facebook feed and as I scroll, the feed jumps back to a post I just scrolled by and then goes to the last place I scrolled to...all the time. Very irritating.

This can be pretty common on slower computers or computers connected to a slow internet if an image or piece of content loads above what you are currently viewing and essentially bumps everything on the page down a bit.

The first thing that I would try is seeing if the issue occurs in Firefox Safe Mode.
