Here is what I currently have to do to add several names to an address list: 1. Go to Tools/Address book 2. scroll down to the address list and click on it 3. I can add ONE address at the end of the list 4. Click OK. 5. Exit back to Thunderbird and repeat the above to add the next address

Is there an easier way to do it? I've struggled with this for years and can't find a way to add more than one name at a time.

It would be nice if I could have the addresses to add in a text file, mark that block and paste them into the list.

You can import a text file with addresses as long as the layout is compatible with TB:

Or, if you organize the list in a spreadsheet, export it to a csv file and import to TB.
