Is there a setting that when loading a new page or tab or multiple tabs, any new tabs (the tabs named as "New tab" in ff) would be used, instead of remaining there empty?

No, this is not a native feature in Firefox.

The reason that Firefox doesn't automatically overwrite new tab pages is that Firefox has no way to know if you are still using the new tab page.

For example, if you start typing something into the search bar on the new tab page but navigate away from the page, that would mean that you are going to lose whatever you've typed into the search bar if you open a new tab and Firefox replaces that new tab.
