• Just type the URL of that website in Address bar and hit enter.
• Then Click on Star (Bookmark icon).
• A new popup window will be open, Click on done.

Is your question about Firefox on a desktop device or about Firefox on a mobile device ?

On a mobile device you can find the star to bookmark a tab in the three dot menu drop-down list.
