I had to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and the Convert to PDF extension is no longer present in Firefox. I'm running Firefox 77.0 and it was there before. I also can't find it when searching the list of extensions you can download. How do i resolve this? Thank you in advance.

Hi rpmurph83, we had a similar question about two weeks ago. At that time, I couldn't find an officially supported solution from Adobe, so I described a slightly hacky workaround. If you haven't already, you might try a regular shutdown and restart of Windows to see whether Adobe is doing its extension installations at Windows startup. If not, here's the other thread: /questions/1290339. Hopefully that will work for you, too.

Thanks for the quick reply. So before i got your reply i tried something else and it worked. I had another laptop with it working so i copied the c:\users\appdata\roaming\mozilla folder from it and pasted it in the same location on the one it wasn't working on and after closing and re-opening Firefox the Adobe Acrobat extension was visible and working.
