TPG mail still works on my phone and on the tpg website. I rang tpg and they helped me set up existing account again but I received error message. What are your settings? They should be mail.tpg.com.au on port 110 (POP) or 143 (IMAP) and port 25 (SMTP); connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User Name = part of email address before @.

TPG support patiently walked me through the solution largely as indicated in the replies. Thank you everybody for your help, it is much appreciated. I did pass on the Mozilla perpective to TPG that they need to upgrade their TLS setting.

Hi everybody, sorry but i have maybe the same problem but for me doesn t work! I have install the old Thunderbird version because with a new one i can t send or receive emails. I need to configure 2 emails TPG not only 1. 1 works and the other NOT! Please help TPG SUPPORT says my settings are all good but doesn t work so suggest me to contact the Mozilla customer services.
